* net/ange-ftp.el (ange-ftp-generate-passwd-key): Check, whether
HOST and USER are strings.  They are nil, when there are
incomplete entries in ~/.netrc, for example.
(ange-ftp-delete-directory): Implement RECURSIVE case.  Change to
root directory ("device busy" error otherwise).
